简       历:

程学旗,研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院计算技术研究所副所长。1996年进入中国科学院计算技术研究所工作,先后担任软件室主任、中国科学院网络数据科学与技术重点实验室主任、所长助理、副总工程师,2016年11月起任中国科学院计算技术研究所副所长。国家杰出青年科学基金、国家特支人才、国务院特殊津贴获得者。担任中国计算机学会大数据专家委员会秘书长、中国工业与应用数学学会大数据与人工智能专委会副主任、中国中文信息学会信息检索与内容安全专委会主任。

在网络数据科学基础理论、大数据分析引擎系统、互联网智能服务等方向深耕20余年,在基础研究和系统应用方面取得了一系列有持续影响力的特色成果。在本领域重要国际学术期刊和会议上发表论文200余篇,Google Scholar引用1万余次,获得授权专利60余件。研制完成的大规模分布式机器学习系统(EasyML)、文本与自然语言处理工具集(MatchZoo)、大数据计算引擎(SQLGraph)在国际开源社区影响广泛,在查询理解、信息检索和排序学习方面的研究成果五次获得本领域重要学术会议(ACM SIGIR、ACM CIKM)优秀论文奖。自然语言处理、社会计算、知识图谱、信息检索和排序学习等关键技术在国际权威评测中多次排名第一。

近年来,先后主持并完成了十余项国家自然科学基金、国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973”计划)、国家高技术研究发展计划(“863”计划)、国家信息安全重大专项以及中国科学院知识创新工程等科研任务。研究成果形成的平台、系统获得国家科技进步奖二等奖三次、北京市科学技术奖二等奖一次,中国中文信息学会钱伟长中文信息处理科学技术奖一等奖一次,中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖一等奖两次。
